Before you write about an order
Including these details gets your issue resolved on the first reply:
- Your order number, from the confirmation email or your account order history.
- The email address or phone number used to place the order.
- Which brand and which card the question is about.
- A screenshot of any error message.
Never send us a full gift card code by email, WhatsApp or social media. We do not need it, and we will never ask you for it. Anyone who does ask you for it is not us.
Escalation
If your issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated. A senior member of the team will review it and respond within five business days.
As a consumer in Egypt you may also refer a complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency ({{CPA_HOTLINE}}). For personal data matters, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre.
