eGift cards purchased through Qboon are valid for the period specified on the card. Cards are non-refundable unless required by law. Please treat your eGift cards like cash; Qboon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use after delivery. Cards can only be redeemed according to the instructions provided

All payments must be made through Qboon’s supported payment methods. Prices and availability of eGift cards are subject to change without prior notice. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except where legally required. Users are responsible for verifying the transaction details before completing a purchase.

Users may not sell or transfer eGift cards without authorization. Any fraudulent or illegal use of Qboon’s platform may result in account suspension or termination. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Qboon services.

While we strive to keep our platform available, service interruptions may occur, and Qboon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Use of Qboon is at your own risk.
